4. Subscription & Billing Terms
Premium digital subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Subscribers may manage or cancel renewals at any time via Account Settings. Access to premium reporting continues through the end of the active billing cycle.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with The Banijya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
